Application range
1. Heat treatment: partial or overall quenching, annealing, tempering, and diathermy of various metals;
2. Thermoforming: whole piece forging, partial forging, hot heading, hot rolling;
3. Welding: brazing of various metal products, welding of various knife blades and saw blades, welding of steel pipes and copper pipes, welding of the same and different metals;
4. Metal smelting: (vacuum) smelting, casting molding and evaporation coating of gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum and other metals;
5. Other applications of high-frequency heating machine: semiconductor single crystal growth, thermal fit, bottle neck heat sealing, toothpaste skin heat sealing, powder coating, metal implanted plastic, etc.
The correct use and operation method of IGBT high-frequency induction heating equipment can avoid human errors and unnecessary troubles. First of all, it must be turned on in strict order.

The startup sequence of IGBT high-frequency induction heating equipment:
1. According to the size of the workpiece, select and install the appropriate sensor.
2. Turn on the cooling water, check the cooling water flow and pressure. If there is an exception, it should be checked.
3. Turn on the power, three-phase three-wire 380V power supply, and the chassis should be grounded.
4. Press the control switch on the front panel, turn on the power and the power indicator on the control panel should light up.
5. Wait for about 5 seconds, when they hear the "click" sound of the AC contactor of the cabinet, pull the heating operation immediately.
6. The sensor is placed inside the workpiece, with remote control switch or start manual heating plate heating button. When you meet the requirements, disconnect the remote control switch or panel to turn off the heating.
7. When the work is finished, stop the heating operation, turn off the "control switch" on the panel of the main unit, and then turn off the power distribution switch of the air conditioner.
