1. Integrated design of rectifier switch cabinet and inverter output cabinet, compact structure and small volume.

Equipment configuration

The parallel type IGBT intermediate frequency/super audio frequency induction heating power supply adopts AC-DC-AC variable frequency power supply structure. The rectifier of the power supply adopts three-phase thyristor rectification or diode + IGBT chopping mode. For high-power power supply equipment, 12-pulse rectification can be used to reduce the harmonic current on the grid side; the inverter adopts high-voltage high-power IGBT modules and high-power fast The recovery diode constitutes an inverter power unit, and high power output is achieved through the superposition of the inverter power units; the resonance tank circuit adopts parallel resonance, and pure parallel, voltage doubler or transformer mode can be selected according to different load heating conditions.

The complete set of equipment consists of parallel induction heating power supply, resonant tank circuit, circulating soft water cooling system, operating table (optional), automatic control system (optional) and other parts.
