H-beam Welding High Frequency
The power of this power source is 300KW, and it is mainly used in the welding of small H-beams, and the welding height is 50-100mm. The solid-state transistor is used as the inverter power device, which is energy-saving, long-life, stable and reliable in operation.
The welding method of H-beam is high-frequency contact welding, and two high-frequency power sources are used for welding. One welds the upper flange and web, the other welds the lower flange and web, and the two welding positions are completed at the same time. The welding contact and the steel plate adopt a flexible contact method to avoid open circuit, and the welding quality is high.
This welding method is external pressure welding without using any welding wire or flux. The specification range is wide, and the steel plate welding can be selected according to customer requirements. It can be used as a variety other than the standard of hot-rolled H-beam. Compared with rolled steel, it can be made into a component with greater bending resistance and higher cross-sectional performance under the same weight; when the cross-sectional performance is the same, the component is lighter. The welding parts are uniform, and the structure of the web material and the wing plate material is uniformly fused.
