Several ways of high frequency heating equipment for diathermy

High-frequency heating equipment is a commonly used heating method and has been widely used in various industries. It can be divided into the following types according to different heating specifications and the size of the heating blank.

1. Continuous

The long blank passes through the inductor continuously, and is gradually heated to the required temperature during the process of constant speed advancement, and the inductor does not cut off the power supply.

2. Sequential

Multiple blanks are placed in the sensor at the same time. In the process of induction heating, these blanks are pushed from one end of the inductor to the other end at a certain time rhythm, that is, each time a cold blank is added from the feed end, a hot blank that reaches the heating temperature is produced at the discharge end. When the cold blank is added, the sensor is continuously powered.

3. Periodic

That is to say, only one blank is put into the diathermy sensor. When the required heating temperature is reached, the power supply is stopped, and then the heated blank is released, and then a cold blank is placed.
