The basic installation of solid state high frequency welding machine is very important, its installation positioning, line layout, waterway planning, ground connection will directly affect the long-term stable operation of the equipment, and then affect the economic interests of customers. Therefore, the equipment installed by Baoding Wande Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is strictly in accordance with the following requirements for basic installation:

① Wiring principle: high frequency and low frequency, strong current and weak current should be strictly separated.

② The signal line and weak current connection should use a shielded line, and one end of the outer shield layer should be reliably grounded, and the grounding system should be far away from the high-frequency equipment.

(3) If the cables between the devices share a cable trench, the steel pipe should be separately penetrated, and one end of the steel pipe should be reliably grounded nearby.

(4) From the cable trench to the operating table, the control line, the high-frequency line and the drag line should be separated into different steel pipes (one end of the steel pipe should be reliably grounded nearby), and it is strictly prohibited to mix together.

⑤ Try to avoid laying wires in places that can be moved or detachable, with oil stains or water intrusion, and the wiring should be as flat and easy to check as possible, and away from heat sources.

⑥ The terminal of the device should be equipped with a clear and durable label consistent with the device connection column and the principle circuit diagram.

⑦ The joint should not be loose.
