Pay-off frame → Wire management frame → Mechanical descaling machine → Drawing die frame and wire drawing die → Drawing machine → Straightening machine → 1# tractor → Preheating power supply→ Preheating power supply → Warming power supply + quenching and heat preservation → Quenching water tank → tempering power supply+tempering insulation pipe → tempering water tank→ 2# tractor → lead groove → hydraulic reversing shearing machine → reel reel 1 → reel reel 2.

Offline auxiliary machine:

Cooling towers, air compressors, water cooling systems, butt welding machines, tipping machines, balers, tensile testing machines, relaxation testing machines, etc.
