1. The speed regulating device can be divided into two series of computer-controlled analog machines and full-digital (European movement) machines. It adopts speed-current double closed-loop control, which has the advantages of wide speed regulation range, good dynamic performance, and linkage of multiple motors.
2. Protection functions: 1) excitation fault; 2) speed feedback fault; 3) thyristor composition heat; 4) thyristor trigger circuit fault; 5) locked rotor protection; 6) overcurrent.
3. The diagnosis function is fully computerized, the first fault is latched, automatically displayed, and the status of the light-emitting diode circuit is displayed.
4. The control circuit is completely isolated from the power circuit. The control function is fully digital, advanced PI (proportional-integral) regulation, with adaptive current loop for optimum dynamic performance. The current has the function of self-tuning and the adjustable PI speed loop has the function of integral separation.
Equipment Configuration
The motor speed regulating device is a DC speed regulating device, and the thyristor adopts an air cooling method.

This governor is a 590 series all-digital reversible DC governor produced by British Continental Corporation. It is suitable for the control of its excitation motor and permanent magnet motor. The motor armature control device is a regenerative control device, which consists of two fully controlled thyristors and advanced electronic control devices, which can control acceleration and deceleration, speed and torque in two rotation directions, and are four-quadrant operation. The excitation regulator consists of a single-phase full-wave half-controlled thyristor bridge with instantaneous overload protection. The control circuit can automatically adjust and accept the power frequency in the range of 40~70Hz and has anti-interference performance. The armature control is not affected by phase sequence rotation.
In the upper left part of the front panel of the governor, there is a liquid crystal display screen, which is used to display the current operating state of the equipment, the operating parameters and the fault type when a fault occurs.
On the right side of the display screen, there are four buttons, which are used for parameter setting, modification, selection and viewing and other requirements.
On the right side of the button, there are also six indicator lights, which are also used to indicate the current working status of the device.
There are several terminals on the lower and upper sides of the governor, which are the input and output signal terminals of the equipment.
