Equipment Configuration

1. The device adopts two kinds of inverter power supply: MOSFET and IGBT. MOSFET melting power supply is mainly used in the operating frequency of 100KHZ-400KHZ, IGBT melting power supply is mainly used in the operating frequency of 10KHZ-100KHZ.

2. The inverter bridge adopts modular superposition and parallel connection, and implements different power levels. Each bridge plate is designed as a drawer structure composed of slides, which is convenient for installation and maintenance;

3. The power synthesis is completed by matching transformer, and the output mode of secondary resonant and weldless transformer is adopted, and the slot resonant capacitor (low voltage) is directly resonant with the inductor, and the required power is transmitted through the output inductor;

4. There are two kinds of structural forms, one is that the inverter output cabinet and the sensor are fixed to move up and down the adjustment bracket; the other is that the crucible is fixed in the adjustment bracket and moves up and down.
