Because the principle of medium frequency induction heating is electromagnetic induction, the heat is generated in the workpiece itself. The automatic feeding and automatic discharging sorting device is selected, and the special control software for the electric furnace can be used to realize fully automatic unmanned operation.
c. The induction heating equipment heats evenly, and the temperature control accuracy is high. By selecting a reasonable working frequency, the appropriate heat penetration depth can be adjusted to achieve the requirements of uniform heating and small temperature difference between the core and the surface. The application of temperature control system can realize the precise control of temperature
