Precautions for maintenance of seam welding machine

The maintenance of straight seam welding machine generally pays attention to the following points:
1. The machine must work in a dry and less dusty environment, and must not be used in a place with strong vibration.
2. After each use of the machine, the dust must be fully removed once, and lubricating oil must be added to the linear guide.
3. Be sure to cut off the power supply and enter the compressed air after each use.
4. In order to ensure a good welding effect, the dirt on the pressing plate and mandrel must be cleaned frequently with fine sandpaper, and rough tools must not be used for trimming and impacting.
5. Be sure to regularly check whether the mechanical parts and electrical parts are loose or fall off.
