Medium frequency induction heating equipment is often used in the forging industry, casting industry and heat treatment industry, especially in automobile manufacturing, construction machinery, machine tool manufacturing, heavy machinery, bearing industry, railway transportation and other industries, which provides convenience for mechanical thermal processing production and manufacturing. But the medium frequency induction heating equipment is divided into many kinds, how should we choose?
1) According to the shape and size of the workpiece being heated: the workpiece is large, the bar material, and the solid material, the induction heating equipment with high relative power and low frequency should be selected;
2) If the workpiece is small, the pipe, the plate, the gear, etc., the induction heating equipment with small relative power and high frequency is selected.
3) The depth and area that need to be heated: deep heating depth, large area, overall heating, induction heating equipment with large power and low frequency should be selected; Shallow heating depth, small area, local heating, the selection of relatively small power, high frequency induction heating equipment. The required heating speed requires a fast heating speed, and induction heating equipment with relatively large power and relatively high frequency should be selected.
4) The continuous working time of the equipment: the continuous working time is long, and the induction heating equipment with slightly larger power is selected. 5) The connection distance between the induction parts and the equipment: the connection is long, and even the use of water-cooled cables should be connected, and the induction heating equipment with larger power should be relatively selected.
6) Process requirements: In general, quenching, welding and other processes can be relatively small power selection, frequency selection is higher; Annealing, tempering and other processes, the relative power selection is larger, the frequency selection is lower; Red blanking, heat calcining, melting, etc., the power should be selected more and the frequency should be selected less for the process with good diathermy effect.
7) The material of the workpiece: the relative selection power of the metal material with high melting point is larger, and the relative selection power of the low melting point is smaller; The selection power of small resistivity is larger, and the selection power of large resistivity is smaller.
