The basic installation of solid state high frequency welding machine is very important, its installation positioning, line layout, waterway planning, ground connection will directly affect the long-term stable operation of the equipment, and then affect the economic interests of customers. Therefore, the equipment installed by Baoding Wande Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is strictly in accordance with the following requirements for basic installation:

① The output installation position of the inverter cabinet is generally higher than the effective distance of the unit pipe center and less than 3 times the diameter of the pipe. Too much distance will affect the efficiency of high-frequency welding.

② The distance between the power cabinet and the inverter cabinet of the welding machine should not be too far, preferably within 5 meters.

(3) The installation of the equipment should be considered safe and reliable, and easy to install and maintain, and the use of the site should have sufficient lighting and free access to each electrical cabinet.

④ The water cooler should not be next to other electrical equipment to prevent water vapor from entering.

⑤ Check whether the equipment model, specifications and quantity are accurate according to the equipment supporting details or construction drawings (layout drawings).

⑥ The DC speed control cabinet should be as far away from the high-frequency inverter cabinet as possible to avoid mutual interference between the space or ground wire, affecting the operation of the device.
