High frequency welding machine positioning installation water design requirements

The power supply device, load sensor and bus are all water-cooled, so the quality of the cooling water provided directly affects the reliability of the operation of the equipment, so the requirements for cooling water should be able to meet the following conditions:

① Mechanical characteristics

Transparent, no turbidity, no sediment (screen size 0.38mm), the total solid content does not exceed 250mgL;

② Chemical characteristics

PH value should be in the range of 6~8

Chloride is not >100mg/L

Nitrite (NO2) is not >0.04mg/L

Iron >0.3mg/L

Manganese is not >0.05mg/L

③ Conductivity: no more than 600μs/cm

④ Water inlet temperature: not less than 5℃, not higher than 35℃, in the high ambient temperature, must avoid the surface of the water cooling element condensation;

⑤ Water inlet pressure: 0.15~0.25Mpa (about 1.5~2.5kg/cm2), according to the requirements of the specific equipment model reasonable selection of pipe diameter, and as little as possible to use elbows.
