The placement of the magnetic bar makes the magnetic flux in the induction coil concentrated in the magnetic bar. The magnetic flux between the coil and the welded pipe is relatively reduced, thereby improving the welding efficiency. Therefore, during high frequency welding, the performance of the magnetic bar greatly affects the welding efficiency, quality and stability of the welded pipe, and also affects the energy consumption of the steel pipe welding.
