The online dynamic annealing equipment for steel pipe welds uses induction heaters as the main component of the continuous welding machine. It heats the newly welded and quenched steel pipe welds to above the critical temperature, and performs quenching and tempering annealing for steel pipe welds to minimize the number of welds. stress and potential cracks, and the resulting fine-grained structure ensures a tough steel pipe that meets all standard specifications. Due to the rapid local heating of the weld, the oxidation and deformation of the steel pipe are minimized, and the precise and consistent heat penetration also results in a fine-grained structure throughout the weld area, which tends to be consistent with the base metal.
