High Frequency Welded Pipe Inverter Cabinet
A complete set of solid-state high-frequency welding machine consists of switch rectifier cabinet, inverter output cabinet, water cooling system, central console, mechanical adjustment device and other parts.
The inverter output cabinet realizes the integrated design of the resonant inverter and the series resonant tank circuit, with compact structure and high efficiency.
The inverter part is composed of MOSFET single-phase inverter bridges in parallel. The inverter bridge uses a building block method to complete power superposition. Each bridge board is designed as a drawer structure composed of slideways, which is convenient for installation and maintenance;
The matching transformer is used to complete the power synthesis, and the secondary resonance, no welding transformer output mode is adopted. The tank resonant capacitor and the inductor are directly resonated, and the power transmission required for the steel pipe welding is realized through the output plate.
