Precautions For Sensing Equipment Installation

Feb 16, 2023

1. What are the precautions for the installation of induction equipment?
answer:
Grounding: The grounding of induction heating is not only to prevent danger, but more importantly, to prevent high-frequency induction interference.
Radio waves: The lower the grounding resistance, the better, and the grounding resistance is <4Ω. The grounding method is to use two copper plates of 3mm × 365mm × 1200mm to stand opposite each other with an interval of 1-2m, and the buried position is about 1.5-2.5m below the frame of the equipment cabinet.
Foundation: The foundation of the equipment is generally 50-100mm higher than the ground, and there must be special trenches for the water supply and power supply of the equipment. Ditches should be provided with drainage outlets to prevent water accumulation in the trenches.
Power distribution: The public power grid should be clearly distinguished between the three-phase four-wire system and the three-phase five-wire system.

2. What should be paid attention to when installing the cooling water and quenching medium pipelines of induction equipment?
Answer: Cooling water is required to be used below 35°C, PH value in the range of 5.6-8.5, hardness ≤60mg/L, resistivity >4Ω/cm2, clean water can meet this target.
The user should make a water distribution bag and a water return tank for the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the water supply and return of the equipment;
Valves and pressure gauges must be installed in the inlet and outlet pipelines of the water distribution bag, and the water supply can be adjusted according to needs.
The caliber of the return water pipe of the return water tank should be reasonable. Generally, 2.5 to 4 times the diameter of the sum of the water inlets should be selected to ensure smooth return water. Generally, do not make it into a closed return water tank to prevent poor return water.
The quenching cooling water and the quenching cooling water cannot share the same pipe or pool to prevent the impurities in the quenching medium from mixing into the cooling pipe and damaging the components of the equipment.
The cooling tower of the new water-soluble quenching medium needs to be closed to prevent the concentration of the quenching medium from changing too quickly.
