How The Welding Bench Works

Working principle of welding workbench:

Through the gravitational force of the fan, the exhaust gas is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal vacuum hood, suction arm, and vacuum hose. The flame arrester installed at the air inlet stops the sparks in the exhaust gas. The upper stream settles the wind and dust in the particles into the ash hopper, and the particulate dust is captured by the filter element on the outer surface of the filter element. After being filtered and purified by the filter element, the exhaust gas flows into the clean room from the filter element. The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and then passes through the outlet. The air outlet meets the standard discharge.

1. The electric control adopts an over-current and overload protection device, which is simple in structure, high in reliability and easy to operate.

2. Fan design, large air volume, low noise and low power consumption.

3. The polytetrafluoroethylene filter cartridge has a long service life and can absorb and capture dust particles of 0.3 μm to avoid damage to workers by fine dust particles.

4. Using the universal suction arm that can move 360 degrees, the smoke can be sucked from the place where the smoke occurs, which improves the collection rate of smoke and dust.

5. The interior of the dust collector adopts three protective measures against fire hazards and large particles of slag, so that the service life of the dust collector is long and the operation is stable.

6. The suction hose is made of temperature-resistant and composite materials, which will not crack after being burned by sparks, and has a long service life.

7. The attached universal casters with brakes facilitate the random movement and positioning of the equipment.
