New generation of solid-state high frequency all-in-one machine technical description
The GGP series solid state high frequency welder produced by our company mainly includes: switching rectifier cabinet, inverter output cabinet, circulating soft water cooling system, operation table, adjusting bracket five parts. The new generation of solid-state high-frequency integrated machine combines the original rectifier cabinet and inverter cabinet into one to achieve an integrated design.
01 Features of a new generation of solid-state high-frequency welder

Drive plate protection measures:
Use high-power MOSFET driver board, and DSEI 2×61-12B 60A/1200V fast recovery diode to form a series inverter circuit, increase negative pressure protection, gate detection, power detection. The three kinds of protection are independently displayed on the driver board through the LED light, and the MOS protection is more timely and reliable, avoiding the loss of secondary startup failure.
Modular design:

02 Series solid high frequency welding machine main circuit structure
The main circuit structure of series solid state high frequency welder is a typical AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure. The rectifier adopts three-phase bridge thyristor phase controlled rectifier circuit, and the DC side adopts inductor and capacitor to form LC filter to meet the working requirements of voltage inverter.
The voltage inverter adopts a modular parallel structure to expand the power supply. Each inverter module is a single-phase MOSFET bridge circuit, and each inverter module is connected by a high-frequency matching transformer and a series resonant slot. On the one hand, the matching transformer realizes the synthesis of power and impedance matching, and on the other hand realizes the electrical isolation of load and power supply.

The surface of the tinned copper bar is covered with a layer of tin, which has better corrosion resistance and is suitable for wet or acid and alkali environment. The tin layer covered by the surface makes the conductivity more stable and the signal transmission effect better. In contrast, ordinary copper bars require surface treatment to reduce resistance, and there are also problems such as poor contact. Tinned copper bar has good corrosion resistance and better electrical conductivity, so its market price is generally higher than that of ordinary copper bar.
