Solid-state high-frequency induction equipment is one of the important equipment in industrial production and daily life. It is commonly used in processes such as heating and melting materials such as metals, glass and ceramics, as well as heating and welding plastics. Compared with traditional EDM equipment, solid-state high-frequency induction equipment is smaller, more efficient, more power-saving, and easy to operate and maintain. It has become one of the important heating technologies in the modern industrial field.
Solid-state high-frequency induction equipment is mainly composed of three parts: high-frequency power supply, output coil and control system. The high-frequency power supply generates high-frequency current, which is then delivered to the output coil. The output coil is a coil formed by winding copper wire, which can generate a strong magnetic field when energized. When metal or other conductive materials are placed in the output coil, the principle of electromagnetic induction will cause the current inside the conductor to form an eddy current, thereby increasing the temperature of the conductor. This phenomenon is called Joule heating. The control system can adjust the high-frequency power supply and output coil to ensure the stability of output power and heating quality.
Solid-state high-frequency induction devices heat more efficiently than conventional EDM devices because the current is conducted directly into the conductor without the need for electrodes. The device also has a much shorter heating time and is more precise, for various reasons. In addition, the power consumption of the device is low, because the high-frequency currents are usually above hundreds of kilohertz, and energy loss can be minimized as much as possible.
Solid-state high-frequency induction equipment is widely used in steel, aluminum and other continuous casting furnaces, copper/aluminum rolling lines, production lines and cutting industries and fields. For example, the steel industry commonly uses heat treatments to increase the strength and toughness of steel. It is also used to clean and melt scrap steel, aluminum and other metals so that they can be recycled and reused. The electronics industry uses solid-state high-frequency induction equipment for the manufacture and packaging of tiny electronic components; the automotive industry can solder, paint and adjust car parts; the home appliance industry can use this equipment to process different materials such as plastics and glass . Therefore, the application range of solid-state high-frequency induction equipment is very wide, and it has become one of the indispensable equipment in modern industrial production and daily life.
