The quality of the ultrasonic induction heating equipment is determined by the following: the four major components are circuit breakers, thyristors, reactors, and capacitors; one board is the main control board.
1. Radiator
The radiator is one of the main accessories used in induction heating machines. The general thickness should be about 5mm, otherwise it is difficult to ensure the rated pressure.
2. Copper row
The copper parts of the regular electric induction heating machine need to be white-plated, silver-plated is better, and tin or nickel can also be plated. Since the copper surface is easy to oxidize, and it will become more and more serious, the contact resistance will become larger and larger, and the power consumption will gradually increase. If the connecting copper bar is the primary color of red copper, this is wrong.
3. Circuit breaker (air breaker)
When the induction heating machine is normal, the circuit breaker is just a switch, and the surface does not seem to be important. In the event of an accident, this is the last pass of protection. If it fails, the consequences will be unimaginable.
4. The thickness of copper
The thickness of copper can also directly affect performance and power consumption. Although I can't see the thickness of the copper pipe products, I can infer from the appearance: thin copper pipes are more likely to sag in the middle than thick copper pipes when bent. If they are concave badly like induction rings, they must be thin.
5. Aluminum shell capacitors
Aluminum shell capacitors have reinforced, ordinary and standard types. Generally, it can be seen from the appearance weight and size that the reinforced type is better, but the price of super audio induction heating equipment is high.
6. Reactor
This is to see the overall size, including the thickness and size of the copper tube iron core, the copper tube is thick, but the silicon steel sheet is thin. The price difference of a small reactor is several thousand yuan. It is easy to use if it is small, but it will consume more power and will also affect the protection performance.
