Power supply cabinet

Switch cabinet and rectifier inverter part of the integrated design, in addition to complete the switch cabinet function, but also has a solid state high-frequency power control function.

Features are as follows:

1. With power supply voltage, DC voltage, DC current, work indicator, fault indicator and many other functions;

2. Three-phase thyristor rectifier bridge, to achieve high-frequency power regulation.

3. Flat wave reactance, flat wave capacitance and filter to improve the flat wave coefficient.

4. The inverter is composed of MOSFET inverter bridge in parallel, single bridge power design is 60kW, inverter bridge adopts building block mode to complete power superposition, each bridge plate is designed as a drawer structure composed of slipway, easy installation and maintenance.

5. The matching transformer completes the power synthesis, adopts the output mode of secondary resonance, directly resonates with the inductor by the channel resonant capacitor, and realizes the power transmission required for germanium melting through the output feeder.

Circulating soft water cooling system

Water-water cooling system Features:

l. Pure water circulation, clean water quality, equipment waterway does not scale, so that the equipment operation failure is greatly reduced.

2. Closed loop, no debris entering, no moss, the pipeline will not be blocked.

3. Small size, good integrity, easy installation.

4. The water is closed and consumes very little water.

5. It can avoid the failure caused by condensate water in summer.

Central console

The remote operation, power regulation, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of solid state high frequency power supply are realized. The man-machine interface system composed of PLC and LCD touch screen is installed to facilitate the on-site operation and monitoring of users. A DC meter and operation button are installed to display the working status of the high-frequency power supply.
